Squatting as many times as you can during the day is also really rejuvenating for the knees - they get hydrated with some good synovial (inner knee joint) juice! * notice the bare feet : flexing / moving the soles of the feet &amp; toes also helps for happy knees &amp; lower back. The feet are literally the base of our whole being.</image:caption>
