Therapeutic massage

This massage is perfect to rejuvenate the body, reduce stress and offer yourself a moment of deep release. Either a full body work or we can target specific areas of the body to assist with chronic pain issues, back / lumbar pain, neck pain, arthritis, tendonitis and other ailments that prevents you from feeling good.

Sport + Injury Recovery massage

This rhythmic and deep tissue massage eases muscle tension, promotes nourishment and elimination of toxins, breaks down adhesions of scar tissue and accelerates recovery after your sport and activities. Can be done as a preventive measure to keep you going strong, or as a recovery treatment post-activity.

° First time session always begin with an in-depth assessment. From there, we decide on the most optimal treatment. 

° I appreciate your respect in notifying me of a cancellation or delay as far in advance as possible.

° Cancellations must therefore be made and confirmed 24 hours prior to scheduled appointments. 

° A fee will be charged for cancellations made without notification in advance.
